Notarial Act $5 (per stamp)
Travel Fee $24hr +$0.70 per mile round trip from Winchester.
*No travel fee for (in town) Winchester residents.
Loan Closing/Signing Package $150 (print & travel fee included)
Trust Delivery - $150-$250
Reverse Mortgage $175 (print & travel feed included)
Scan backs - $15
FedEx/UPS - Client must provide shipping label
Service Area: Lewis, Nez Perce, Clearwater, Latah, and Idaho counties.
*Will travel up to 75 mile one way. (flexible)
Shipping - FedEx/UPS - (Must provide shipping label)
**Note I am RURAL, which affects shipping. Many signings are 1.5-hour drive back to nearest FedEx/UPS

Signings before 1pm will ship same day last drop.
Signings after 1pm will ship next day.
