General Notary Work -
Notarial Act $5 (per stamp)
Hourly/Travel Fee $30hr +$0.70 per mile round trip from Winchester.
*To avoid travel fee meet me in Winchester at the Library.
Loan Closing/Signing Package $150 (print, travel, and notarial fee included)
Trust Delivery - $150-$250 (print, travel, and notarial fee included)
Reverse Mortgage $250 (print, travel, and notarial fee included)
Scan backs - $20
FedEx/UPS - Client must provide shipping label
Service Area: Lewis, Nez Perce, Clearwater, Latah, and Idaho counties.
*Will travel up to 75 mile one way. (flexible)
Shipping - FedEx/UPS - (Must provide shipping label)
**Note I am RURAL, which affects shipping. Many signings are 1.5-hour+ drive back to nearest FedEx/UPS

UPS 4pm M-F
Moscow:
FedEx 3:00 pm M-F
UPS 2:30 pm M-F
Signings before 12pm will ship same day last drop.
Signings after 12pm may ship next day.
